Emily Rach

Emily Rach is co-owner of Midwest Outdoor Sales, one of the principal sales representatives and has been working in the outdoor industry since 2000. Her extensive product knowledge combined with her ability to understand the needs of her customers has provided Emily the skill sets needed to excel in the outdoor industry.  A true love of kayaking, camping, hiking, snowshoeing and biking outside the office permeates into every aspect of her business responsibilities for the agency. She has earned Salesperson Of The Year accolades from multiple vendors and currently sits on the ORA board. Emily oversees key accounts, agency operations, tradeshow planning for Midwest Outdoor Sales and is currently serving on the board of the Outdoor Rep Association.

Jeff Reimann, Principal Rep & Key Account Manager

Jeff Reimann

Jeff Reimann (right) is co-owner and principal sales representative at Midwest Outdoor Sales and has been working in the outdoor industry since 2001. His passion for the outdoors and a diverse mix of off-grid pursuits, whether backpacking, fishing or hunting, lends to his ability to service and sell a broad range of products and retail channels effectively. Jeff oversees brand relationship and sales management for many of the key retail accounts as well as vendor relations for Midwest Outdoor Sales. He has personally, and as a team, won awards for Sales Rep and Agency Of The Year for multiple manufacturers. Away from the office you can find Jeff wing shooting with family, friends and his Boykin Spaniels.

Rafe McAnally, Territory Sales Rep

Rafe McAnally

Rafe joined the Midwest Outdoor Sales team in 2022. He spent the first two years as the agency tech rep, providing exceptional training and in-store support for our retail partners. Through hard work, many miles on the road and his success working with accounts, he has been promoted to a territory sales representative position with the agency in 2024. Rafe finds enjoyment in bringing his knowledge of gear and his vast wealth of outdoor experiences to customers, in hopes of igniting their passions and increasing their knowledge base of the technical gear carried by Midwest Outdoor Sales. Rafe has a wide array of outdoor pursuits; however, snowboarding is his go-to activity. Besides tackling the ski hills in the winter months, he and his girlfriend enjoy biking, fishing, camping, and boating on the Mississippi River. Prior to joining our team, Rafe worked in retail management over 6 years, with his most recent role as store manager and buyer for Mt. La Crosse Ski Area and Pro Shop. Rafe spent 4 years in Breckenridge, Colorado, where he truly found his passion for the outdoor sports industry.

Nicole Danielson, Key Account Analyst

Nicole Danielson

Nicole joins the Midwest Outdoor Sales team as our Key Account Analyst.  She has worked in the outdoor industry since 2019 and loves getting to know the accounts and the brands she works with.  Nicole brings a wealth of customer service expertise, systems organization and a “can do attitude” to keep things humming along for our dealers, manufacturers and the Midwest Outdoor Sales team! In her free time, she enjoys hiking at state parks and finding local coffee shops.  She also loves traveling with her husband and their three kids.  Some of her favorite trips include Alaska, where they went whale watching and hiked at Denali National Park and a road trip to California where they stopped at Arches National Park and the Grand Canyon along the way.  She started cross country skiing in 2022 and loves a good dumping of snow to keep the trails fresh.
